The spouses of a citizen of Great Britain and a citizen of Denmark started increasing their family in 2016. A gay couple made a choice in favor of a surrogate motherhood agency in the USA. In 2017, they became parents of twins. After returning to their place of residence in Denmark, the couple obtained Danish passports for the children without any problems. After the birth of the third child in 2019, Denmark refused to issue a passport to the child and said that the twins were also issued passports by mistake; the process of deporting the children began. The couple had to move to the UK and obtain citizenship of this country for their children. Current Danish law does not imply either technological or ethical progress to be similar to the USA or Ukraine, and requires revision in opinion of the authors.
