Thailand changes surrogacy laws. The purpose of the changes in the legislation is to allow foreigners to hire Thai surrogate mothers. In addition, to allow the export of egg cells and sperm for surrogate motherhood from outside of the country. These legislative changes are aimed at both promoting the country as a medical center as well as increasing Thailand’s revenues. The final text of the law will be presented in approximately two months.
