What is included in our surrogates screening in Ukraine?

All candidates for gestational surrogate carriers must take psychological interview with our experienced professional psychologist doctor with more than 30 years experience specializing in surrogacy, children and family.

Our legal department will take care of due diligence and police clearance, contracts and applications drawing for surrogates, donors and parents.

IVF clinic will provide gestational surrogate’s services of medical tests, ultrasound, and obstetrician-gynecologist-reproductologist doctor checkup.

List of medical tests for a surrogate mother candidate:

– complete blood count and PAP test
– coagulogram
– ultrasound with endometrium size
– doctor gynecologist-reproductologist check-up

Blood test on:

– Blood type and Rh factor

– Syphilis
– HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus)
– Hepatitis B
– Hepatitis C

– Toxoplasma (Ig M, Ig G)
– Chlamydia (Ig M, Ig G)
– Cytomegalovirus CMV (Ig M, Ig G)
– Rubella (Ig M, Ig G)

– Antimuller hormone (AMH)
– Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSG)
– Luteinizing hormone (Lg)
– Estradiol (E2)
– Prolactin (Prl)
– Progesterone (P)

PAP test

– Vaginal smear
– Pelvic ultrasound
– Conclusion of general practitioner.
